Purchasing Policies

1. Order Process
All orders must be placed through our official email or authorized channels.
Receipt of an order does not constitute automatic acceptance. All orders are subject to product availability, account validation, payment terms, and credit review if applicable.
Shower Designers, LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Out-of-stock or discontinued products
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the system
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) – subject to a 3% processing fee on the base amount
- Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- ACH transfers (for registered customers with an approved account)
- Cash
- Electronic payments via Zelle, using the company-provided and approved details
Note: Order processing begins only after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery
Next-day delivery is available, provided the following day is a business day, the order is received on time, and the item is in stock.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Product Availability & Backorders
Out-of-stock items may be placed on backorder with extended delivery times.
If a purchased item is unavailable, the customer will be notified promptly to:
- Reschedule delivery
- Substitute with an equivalent item
- Or proceed with a refund for the corresponding amount
5. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
6. Special Order or Custom-Made Products
Certain products are manufactured to customer specifications.
Once confirmed, special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
We recommend reviewing all drawings and technical specifications with our team before finalizing your order.
7. Product Warranty
Our metal hardware products come with a limited 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the delivery date.
This warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us with photographic evidence and your order number.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shower Designers, LLC is not liable for:
- Collateral, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product use
- Losses due to delays, project interruptions, or additional costs incurred by the customer
- Installation errors performed by third parties
9. Invoicing & Tax Documentation
Every purchase generates a digital invoice sent to the registered customer email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and tax information.
